Banéa Studio began with Masha’s complete gut renovation of her 125-year-old South Philadelphia rowhome. Taken down to the studs, the home was structurally and spatially reimagined with a new kitchen layout, 10-foot island, expanded openings, skylights, and a redesigned second floor that added a bathroom and improved storage.

That experience shaped Banéa Studio’s approach to residential design, rooted in thoughtful space planning, problem-solving, and an understanding of how design translates into construction. As a mother, Masha also understands how a home must support the realities of everyday family life without sacrificing beauty or thoughtful design.

Today, Masha works with homeowners and contractors on residential renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, space planning, and furnishings. Her previous 15 years in hospitality and consumer goods, leading pricing strategy, forecasting, and business planning, bring organization, budgeting, and thoughtful decision making to every project.
