Banéa Studio is a Philadelphia-based residential design studio specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home renovations. We create homes that are both beautiful and practical, with a focus on thoughtful layouts, architectural character, and spaces that support everyday living.

Founded following the full gut renovation of a 125-year-old South Philadelphia rowhome, Banéa Studio grew from a passion for transforming homes through intentional design. We believe the best renovations uncover a home's full potential by rethinking how spaces connect, introducing architectural detail, and creating interiors that feel warm, cohesive, and personal.

Current projects include residential renovations and a multi-unit residential development. From the initial concept through construction, we work closely with homeowners and contractors to guide each project from start to finish, overseeing design decisions, coordinating material and finish selections, and helping ensure every detail is executed as intended.
